Interview on Conflict Managed Podcast

In “Navigating Fundamental Differences in Values” from Conflict Managed, I sit down for a conversation with Conflict Management Specialist Merry Brown about the nature and value of dialogue and disagreement in workplaces. For the workplace context, I suggest that we could learn a thing or two from students participating in the National High School Ethics Bowl in terms of broadly democratic skills, dispositions, and argumentative methods.
